Asus Eee PC Touch T101MT

Today we are going to bring you the news about the latest gadget released in the market, The Tablet Notebook Asus Eee PC T101MT. So let’s have the look at the Tablet notebook.

Overall View

Notebooks have been the most unfortunate victims of the tablet Pc craze, currently gripping the tech customer market. The ASUS Eee Pc touch T101MT aims to offer customers, the best of both worlds – the portability and functionality of a notebook with 10.1 multi-touch screens which swivels and folds on top of the keyboard, to resemble a tablet.

The T101MT testing unit, provided to TechTipsnReview.com by ASUS itself, featured a 1.66 GHz Intel Atom N450 CPU, 1GB RAM and a 320GB hard drive. Other accoutrements include (But not limited to) Wi-Fi and Bluetooth support , three USB ports , LAN port and SD/MMC card reader . The Test includes the running of the high requirements program such as Adobe Photoshop , Some Video Editing , Some Games . But to some extent , it performed very well but as we all know that its not meant to be built for only this purpose so We think that this notebook would be able to run all regular requirements program .

Aimed at the students and business consumer market the Eee PC touch provides a decent surfing and basic computing experience. Our regular test, managed to take out almost 3 hours of usage before depleting the 4-Cell battery. The touch screen of the ASUS Eee PC Touch T101MT is fairly responsive for a resistive panel. However the stylus, tucked away near the right side of the screen would be the preferred tool of choice for many users, as the touch features require a firmer press to make selection.

Price and Conclusion

Priced at 410$~ the ASUS Eee PC Touch T101MT may not be an iPad Killer Β , but it does come across as an interesting , portable computing alternative , capable of running Windows program and allowing users to choose between multi-touch tablet and physical keyboard.
