Cooler Master HAF X Casing

 

Today we are going to have a look at the Cooler Master HAF X Gaming Casing ,

Overview

In 2008, Cooler Master introduced the latest case named HAF (High Air Flow). After a long time not having the update, this time introducing Cooler Master HAF X which will be the new flagship line-up today. Casing of new variants with an abundance of features have supported the use of Quad-CrossFireX and Quad-SLI. HAF X comes with a size of 230 x 550 x 590mm, made from steel and plastic, it looks black until the inside of the casing, and still maintain a large grill on the front panel are equipped with air filters. It has a 200mm fan at the top, 140mm at the rear as outtake, 200mm on the side as an intake that has a plastic cover to channel air flow to focus on graphics card, 230mm fan with red LED on the front for intake.

Another addition, a 200mm fan at the top, 120mm at the airway graphic card, and 80mm at braklet buffer graphics card. Casing is also providing three holes and supports the placement of water cooling radiator size 240, 280, and 360mm at the top of the casing replaces the 200mm fan. Cable management is also important in providing a quality water flow. Therefore, HAF X provides two rubber-coated holes to hide cables behind the motherboard panel. Front Panel

On the front panel, there is a button to turn off and turn on the fan LED, reset button, and the power button. This panel is also equipped with a protector that slides to maintain the use of keys by accident. HAF X also supports USB 3.0. This can be seen from the availability of two USB 3.0 ports. In addition, this chassis still provides two USB 2.0 ports, one e-SATA ports, one 1934a port, and audio ports. Graphic Card Support

Chassis that supports the latest generation of type M-ATX motherboards, ATX motherboards as well as large type E-ATX and XL-GIGABYTE ATI also has nine expansion slots that support the use of four graphic cards with CrossFireX or NVIDIA Quad-SLI. A braklet as a buffer graphics card is added to reduce pressure on existing PCIe slots on the motherboard. No less important is the air ducts as well as a buffer for the graphics card. This feature was developed by Cooler Master to work with NVIDIA. Its function is to cool the graphics cards when using SLI is compatible with the GeForce 470 and 480. In the end , this is a very good gaming chasis with a large amount of space for gaming peripherals and also with a nice design for air and water cooling , This casing will fit on 9.5/10 rating .
