Today we are going to have a look at ROCCAT KONE PURE COLOR Inferno Orange Gaming Mouse which is one the KONE series of ROCCAT mouse line . The Pure Color edition of KONE have some of the added features as compared to the other mouse like smooth surface , high quality clicks , extra macros and much more . Unboxing and Packaging
KONE PURE COLOR comes in normal sized black box , which the picture of the model of the mouse you choose on the front side . Also note that there are various features which are mentioned on the front of the box as well like the DPI , Easy Shift and etc .
Also on the back side , some more of the features are mentioned along with the breakdown diagram of the mouse . Also on the side of the box , some of more features are mentioned again with the diagram of each sector of the mouse .

A Closer look at KONE PURE COLOR
The mouse is very well design and perfectly built . The feature of the soft touch really seems to fit this mouse . The surface is as smooth as silk . Also the clicks and the button quality is superb . Also the size of the mouse is perfect for normal or large sized hands and the extra buttons are easy to use .
You can see that on the side ROCCAT KONE COLOR is written . There are two large buttons on the left side of the mouse which can be used for any purpose VIA ROCCAT KONE PURE COLOR Software .
Like ROCCAT other mice , you can see this mouse has also the Cheetah Logo on the bottom side , which is lighted when the mouse is plugged into the computer . You can change the rhythm of the lightening by using software .
There is large 2D titan mouse wheel which is very well made and gives you a really nice feeling. Below it there are two buttons which normally programmed to be used for changing the DPI of the mouse , but you can always customize them according to your own need .
This mouse works on USB Interface . Note that the model of the mouse is mentioned on the USB and also note that the USB cable is braided one which enhances the overall look and provides tangle free gaming .
The PRO AIM Sensor which is capable to work upto 8200 DPI is located at the bottom of the mouse . Also note that there are two large rubber feet at the bottom for improving gaming performance
You can clearly see in the below picture , how the logo will blink when the mouse is plugged into the computer .
However you can turn this off VIA software if you don’t want to turn the logo on .
Software
To use all the features of the ROCCAT KONE PURE COLOR , you must have installed the driver on your operating system . Almost every feature of this mouse in used and controlled by the software .
Like customizing the button functionality , Changing the DPI , Changing the Color Scene of the Logo along with the Rhythm . Also you can make custom profiles and can easily switch between them according to your own need .
Testing and Conclusion
We tested this mouse by using on the Zowie Gear G-TF Speed Version Gaming Mouse Pad , On the Wooden Table , On the Bed Cloth as well as on the Carpet .
We played some of the FPS game and did some of the photoshop and CorelDraw work to test the precision and the feeling of the mouse . Well i must say that this mouse is complete beast , whether you use it for office/personal work or for the gaming . First of all , the mouse was working flawlessly on every surface we tested . Secondly , while playing the games or doing some of the Designing work the precision was very great . The mouse pointer didn’t start to shake which is normally seen in other gaming mouse . The feel of the click is amazing . Also the soft touch feature of the mouse let you do work for hours without getting tired as it provides a comfort to your hand palm . The Extra Buttons provide you advantage in many games like FPS , RPG etc.
