14 tips for browsing the web with Safari on iPhone and iPad

1. Find the Page feature

3. Enable Reader Mode

To add any website to Reading Listyou just need to press the . button Share in the Safari toolbar (left of the address bar) and select Add to Reading List.

To access Reading Listyou click on the book icon on the toolbar and click on the eyeglass icon.

To delete a website in Reading Listyou click and drag to the left and select Delete.

5. Use Bookmarklest as an extension

Safari in iOS doesn’t support extensions, but it does support Boolmarklest. Bookmarklets use code snippets JavaScript to save as a list of your favorite bookmark sites.

When you open a bookmarklet from the bookmarks list, JavaScript will be executed on the current web page. Bookmarklets can replace a lot of browser extensions.

Let’s say when you’re using Pocket, you normally can’t share web pages from Safari directly to Pocket. When installing the Pocket bookmarklet, you can open the bookmarks list and click the Save to Pocket option to add the currently viewed web page to the Pocket list to read later. 6. Erase personal data and change settings

The setting is not built into the Safari browser. If you want to delete personal data or change default settings…. you must do so on the system – through the application Setting.

7. Sync browser data with iCloud

icloud integrated on the Safari browser allows users to sync store passwords, open tabs, … and other browser data on iCloud accounts.

8. Enable Private Browsing Mode
