- Access iforgot.apple.com on any browser.
- Enter your Apple ID.

- Select a device that is using an Apple account. In this example, we will choose iPhone.
- Click select Allow.
- Enter your iPhone’s passcode.
- Click select Done.
- Enter the new Apple ID password.
- Enter again to confirm.
- Press next.
- Press Done.
