I. Introducing the new Kenta Free Fire character

Kenta is the 3rd character to have a connection to the Kelly/Hayato plot. He was originally a swordsmith and warrior serving the Yagami family. Until Hayato was the next head, Kenta became Hayato’s bodyguard.

Swordsmith Kenta has appeared in the Free Fire manga before, and his mission is to support Hayato. Kenta’s robe is inspired by the purple Samurai and is embellished with the Yagami clan’s emblem.

II. Everything you need to know about the new Kenta Free Fire character

1. Kenta’s Skill: Swordsman’s Wrath

Swordsman’s Wrath is an active skill that creates a shield that reduces the damage of weapons attacking from the front. This shield is a rectangular force field that moves behind Kenta.

The blanket’s AoE is quite large plus has a long duration, helping to better protect allies from attacks. However, this shield will automatically stop when Kenta fires a shot.

Kenta’s Swordman’s Wrath ability blocks about 1/2 damage from enemy guns, rendering most attacks ineffective.

2. Kenta’s Strengths

– Mobile shield, can be rotated arbitrarily based on the player’s camera angle.
– Wide AoE, can protect allies.

3. Kenta’s Weakness

– Swordsman’s Wrath is an active skill, so if you choose this skill, the player must ignore the skills of Alok or Skyler.
– Kenta’s skill only halves the damage instead of the full damage like Chrono.
– Players cannot shoot while using the shield.

Overall Kenta’s Swordman’s Wrath skill is easy to use but not strong enough and cannot block all damage. Ideally, this skill should be used to protect allies from enemy fire while they are healing or reloading weapons.
