How to join a video meeting on Google Meet

Who can join video meetings?

• People added to Google Calendar events
• People in the same organization as the meeting organizer
• Those without a Google Account (current participants may need approval)

1. In a web browser, type https://meet.google.com/ .
2. Select the meeting from your list of scheduled events.
3. Click Join now

• The meeting code is the string of letters at the end of the meeting link. You don’t need to type hyphens.
