Perform a system restore initialization to avoid Windows startup problems by entering the command “Create a recovery drive” in the search box and clicking the result as shown.

The Create System Recovery Disk dialog box appears, follow the instructions to back up the system to an external drive or USB to use for recovery when needed.
Next, make sure that your Windows 10 is running in UEFI mode and not Legacy BIOS. To check, you can enter the keyword “msinfo32” into RUN and then press ENTER. The System Information dialog box appears, click System Summary and navigate to the BIOS Mode line. Then check if it is in “Legacy” or “UEFI”.
If it’s Legacy BIOS, then skip this article, and if UEFI, you continue to disable the Secure Boot feature by setting it in the BIOS Settings of your computer.
Finally, prepare an image of the correct size of 300 x 300px for the boot logo and place it somewhere to avoid being mistakenly deleted.

Open the Paint app on Windows 10 and navigate to the image file you intend to use as the Windows boot logo.
Save the image overwrite the file “splash.bmp” in the HackBGRT folder that you uncompressed above. Be careful not to rename the file “splash.bmp” to something else.
Now right-click on the “setup.exe” file in the HackBGRT folder and select the “Run as administrator” command.
A command line window will appear, press “I” to confirm and install HackBGRT.
Wait a few seconds and the installation will complete. Now you just need to restart Windows and enjoy the results!
If you want to restore the original boot logo, open the HackBGRT folder, right-click the “setup.exe” file and select the “Run as administrator” option. Press “R” if you want to restore the original logo. If you want to disable the application and restore the default Windows boot logo, press “D”.
