What is Alinex?

Instructions to register for an Aliniex account
With Aliniex, you can freely buy and sell Bitcoin, Ethereum and other tokens easily in VND.
How to create an Aliniex account
First, you access the website address of Aliniex here:

Choose to create an account and fill in the information including: Email, nickname and enter password then press select “I agree to the terms…”click Create Account.
Immediately, Aliniex system will send an email confirming the account creation.
Right now, you need check email and click Sign in to Aliniex (This is also the login method of Aliniex exchange).
The next thing to do is Add phone number.
This phone number verification part is quite simple, so I will guide you quickly as follows:
Brothers visit https://aliniex.com/accountin phone number settingclick select Setting.
Enter your phone number, within a few seconds, Aliniex will send you a message containing a 4-digit verification code.
Please enter this code and press completed.
It is done!
At this point, you have completed 50% of the process of registering for an Aliniex account.
Now, let’s go to the remaining 50% together!
2-factor security settings for Aliniex accounts (2FA)
The security settings for the account are quite important. It makes your security better, avoiding hackers easily.
You can make your account secure by activating the Authy security function.
To activate this function, go to security site → Select Setting.
You will see the code QR Code here.
Brothers open the application Google Authenticator up and scan the code QR code above to get a 6-digit confirmation code (changes continuously after 30s).
ATTENTION: You need to save these 2 codes carefully in case you forget or lose your phone!
Finally, you enter the code in the box Verification codes and press Enable security done.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Basic and security registration steps are done. However, in order to be able to make purchases on Aliniex, you need to take one more step. That is Identity Verification (KYC).
Aliniex’s KYC implementation process is quite simple. I will keep it short!
First, you access https://aliniex.com/profile
Then, you fill in the required information such as: First and last name, code on paper you choose.
Note: You can use your ID card, ID card, passport, driver’s license to verify your identity.
After that, you upload 3 images including:
- Front of papers.
- The back of the document (if you use Passport, you can skip this step).
- Selfie photo with ID card/passport/ID card with a sheet of paper clearly stating the words Aliniex and the date of brother KYC.
For example, you KYC on September 19, 2020, on the paper it says “Aliniex September 19, 2020”.
Upload 2nd verification document.
In case you use your ID card to verify your identity in the steps above, you also need another type of document such as a passport, driving license, …
Just take a picture of the main face and upload it.
After upload and check again. Click finish and you’re done.
Verification time on Aliniex exchange is quite fast, only takes a few minutes to complete. You may receive notifications via email.
Note: Please download the correct image according to the requirements of the exchange, if you download it wrong, your account may be temporarily locked.
What to do when the 2FA code is lost?
The only way you can send an email to the user support department of Aliniex exchange is to request to turn off 2FA.

The content in the email reads:
- Support turning off 2FA of ABC email (email you use to register for an account of the exchange).
- Attach documents, portrait photos holding identification documents (can be ID card, passport, driving license).
Aliniex floor will process your request in about 24 hours, after a successful shutdown notification from the floor, please remember to update the security.
