[Video] Akropolis (AKRO) – A Decentralized & Autonomous Community Economy of the Yearn Finance Ecosystem

Akropolis – a multi-product project, built on Ethereum with the goal of providing people with tools to save, earn profit securely and regardless of geography, centralized partner or intermediaries.

This video will give you an overview of the Akropolis project, products, $ADEL and $AKRO tokens, and changes after the partnership with Yearn.

Main content:

  • Akropolis is a multi-product project, built on Ethereum.
  • Products (before association with Yearn):
    • AkropolisOS: a Solidity framework for building complex dApps and protocols (savings, pensions, loans, investments).
    • Sparta: a lending product on AkropolosOS, allowing users to borrow under collateral (i.e. borrowers only provide 50% of collateral), as well as generate passive yield through the built-in yield rebalancing tool to get optimal APR from different DeFi protocols.
    • Delphi: is a yield aggregator bundled with the DCA engine, allowing users to yield from aggregate savings, farm tokens from protocols/pools, and invest in volatile assets, using the “ all in” or a passive DCA strategy. Delphi has its own token, $ADEL.
  • $AKRO: admin token, bootstrap liquidity.
  • Akropolis x Yearn:
    • Akropolis will have access to Yearn products, as well as members of Yearn’s ecosystem
    • Yearn will have access to investment strategies and new products created by Akropolis.
    • Yearn reaches out to Akropolis’ network of institutional clients.
    • Both teams aim to create a joint product of non-custodial open source alternatives for high yield and savings accounts.
