How Ratio Protocol works
Using Ratio Finance is very simple, thanks to the risk rating algorithms that will help you get maximum leverage on your deposited collateral without having to spend Liquidity Provider profits. There will be 4 main mechanisms in the protocol including:
- Deposit: Deposit LP stablecoins from Solana AMMs into Ratio Finance.
- Choose: A proportional risk rating system that will determine the amount you can borrow and recommend a position based on your current borrowing position.
- Mint: It is possible to borrow USDr against the user’s collateral, while still profiting from staking.
- Repeat: That is, you can use your income to pay the debt or borrow more USDr for the next transaction.
