• Click the circular avatar icon in the top right corner of the screen.

• Click the word Sign Out (or Log out) in the drop-down menu.

• After clicking done, if the screen returns to the Google account page with the question Sign In Again (or Re-login) you have successfully logged out.

How to sign out of YouTube on your phone

• Select your profile picture icon in the top right corner of the screen.

• In Accounttap your name or email.

• Click on the text Use YouTube signed out to use YouTube even when signed out.

After clicking on the above option, you will be redirected back to the YouTube homepage. Here, you can still watch the video, but you can’t interact on it or save it to a playlist.
