By pinning a tweet, you can show the most important content that you want to announce, convey to the people who visit your profile. Pinned tweets will always be displayed at the top no matter how many tweets you post afterwards.

Pin tweets on Twitter Web
First, launch any web browser and go to your Twitter account.
On the Twitter interface, you look to the menu on the left and click on the “Profile” item. Your personal Twitter profile page will immediately open.
Now, find the tweet you want to pin. This can be any tweet you’ve ever posted on your account.
Once found, click the three-dot button in the upper-right corner of the tweet to open the options menu.
In the menu that appears, select “Pin to your profile”.
A prompt will appear on the screen, indicating that this tweet will replace any previously pinned tweets. Click “Battery” to continue.
The tweet you selected is now pinned at the top of your profile page, and will stay there until you remove or pin another tweet.
In case you want to unpin a tweet, just click the three-dot button in the upper right corner of that tweet and select “Unpin from profile”.
In the prompt that appears, click “Unpin”.
Note that unpinning a tweet will not cause it to be removed from your Twitter account.
Pin tweets on Twitter iOS and Android apps
First, open the Twitter app on your iPhone or Android phone. If you’re not signed in, sign in to the account where you want to pin the tweet.
Next, tap the three stacked dashes icon in the top left corner of the app.
In the menu that opens, select “Profile”.
Your Twitter profile page will immediately open. Here, scroll down and find the tweet you want to pin.
Tap the three-dot button in the upper-right corner of that tweet.
A menu will pop up from the bottom of your phone screen, select “Pin to profile”.
In the prompt that appears in the center of the screen, select “PIN”.
The selected tweet is now pinned on the profile page.
To unpin a tweet, tap the three-dot button in the upper-right corner of the tweet again, and select “Unpin from profile.”
In the prompt that appears, select “UNPIN”.
