+ Step 3: You create 1 value DWORD (32-bit) Value name is, has a name which is TargetReleaseVersion
=> And assign it the value 1.
+ Step 4: Likewise, you create 1 String Value (right click => select New => select String Value) named TargetReleaseVersionInfo => then set it as 21H1.
+ Step 5: Finally, restart your computer to apply the changes.
