Method 1:

Step 1. Download the iTools file manager and the Weather.zip file.
Download and extract the iTools tool

Download and extract the file weather.zip

Step 2 . Open iTools, connect the computer to the iDevice. Select File System >Apps (System) >Weather

Step 3 . Overwrite the downloaded Weather file into the Weather folder.

Go back and see what the weather looks like

Method 2:

Step 1. Into the Cydia –>Changes –> choose Refresh

Step 2 . Install Weather Fix

Exit and check the weather app again.
