Step 1:

Users open the Electronic Health Book application on their phones and then log in their account information. At the main interface we click Health Records.

Step 2:

Switch to the new interface, we click on the item More relatives. Now display the Profile interface for us to fill in basic information about our relatives.

These Items marked with * need to be filled in correctly to get basic information. Items without an * may not be filled in. When finished filling in the information press the Save button to save.

Step 3:

Return to the application interface, you Click on Register for Immunization. Now your information is displayed by default. Click on your name to show a list of relatives. Then we click on the relative who wants to register for the Covid 19 vaccine.
