How to upgrade ViettelPay package?

When registering an account and using the default package of ViettelPay, users will not be able to use the money transfer service as well as be limited to the amount of money loaded into the ViettelPay account to a certain extent. So how can users transfer unlimited money when using ViettelPay?

That is using the package upgrade feature on ViettePay, currently ViettelPay supports users to upgrade the package right on the ViettelPay application with just a few simple steps. Details on how to upgrade the package on ViettelPay you can see in the article below.

Instructions on how to upgrade packages on ViettelPay

Step 1: Log in to your ViettelPay account, then click on the list icon in the upper left corner. Choose Upgrade package in the expanded list of ViettelPay.

Step 2: The next step is to fill in your personal information such as Full name, ID number, Email address, Current residential address, after completing the information, click Continue.

Then take a photo of your portrait and two-sided ID photo, you must take it directly, not selected on the Album.

Step 3: Press Continue To agree to the terms and conditions of the system, enter your ViettelPay account password and right after that, a 6-digit OTP code will be sent to your phone, enter that OTP code and press Confirm.

After entering the OTP confirmation code, you will see a notification that your information has been stored and is waiting for approval, ViettelPay will notify you when completing the profile confirmation.

A notification message to upgrade ViettelPay package will be sent on the day you register to upgrade the package.

In addition to upgrading ViettelPay package on your phone, you can bring your ID card and passport to ViettelPay’s transaction points to upgrade the package. Currently, ViettelPay has two upgrade packages, package 2 and package 3, after upgrading package 2 you can go to ViettelPay’s transaction point to upgrade package 3.
