Prepare before registration
To register for DueDEX exchange, you need to prepare yourself an email or a frequently used phone number.
Register for a trading account on DueDEX

Enable 2-step security 2FA
At the interface of the exchange, select “Account” -> “My Account” -> “Security” -> “Google Authenticator” -> “SET UP”.

- Install the “Authenticator” app on your phone.
- Scan the QR code with the newly installed Authenticator app.
- Save the KEY and don’t tell anyone.
After you have saved the KEY code, you need to verify it again:
- Enter the code from the Authenticator app
- Enter the code sent in the email
Select “CONFIRM” and that’s it.

KYC Identity Verification
Currently, DueDEX does not require identity verification (KYC). I will update when there is an official announcement from the floor.
Deposit/withdraw Crypto from DueDEX
Depositing/withdrawing Crypto on DueDEX is quite simple. I will give you specific instructions.
Instructions for depositing Crypto into DueDEX
At the main interface of DueDEX exchange, you do the following:
- Select “Account”
- Select the item “Deposit”
- Copy the wallet address and send it to the seller for them to deposit coins
Currently, DueDEX only supports depositing two types of coins/tokens: BTC and USDT ERC20.
Minimum deposit volume is 0.00000001 BTC or 1 USDT.
Instructions on how to withdraw money from DueDEX
Similar to how to deposit coins, you do the following:
- Select “Account”
- Select “Withdraw” item
- Enter the wallet address to withdraw to
- Enter quantity
- Select “SUBMIT” and done
Note:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is 0.001 BTC or 10 USDT.
- DueDEX will process withdrawals 3 times a day at 0:00, 8:00, 16:00 (UTC). Withdrawal time will be 30 minutes before the scheduled withdrawal processing time.
Instructions for using the trading interface on DueDEX
DueDEX is an exchange that focuses on derivatives products suitable for those who like to use leverage in trading.
At the main interface of the screen, you choose “Trade” to participate in the transaction.
Limit command
Here, I will guide with Buy/Long order.
The steps are as follows:
- Choose leverage (1x -> 100x)
- Enter the price you want to Order
- Enter quantity
- Set Take Profit
- Set Stop Loss
- Select “Buy/Long” and you’re done
Market order
The Market order is similar to the Limit order. The only other part is that DueDEX will automatically choose the most optimal price for the Trader.

With the Sell/Short order, you do the same thing.

How to trade margin on DueDEX
DueDEX is a derivatives exchange, you should consider before joining. Trade Margin has great profits but comes with high risks.

How to use Stop-Limit function on DueDEX
Currently, DueDEX only offers Limit and Market transactions, there is no Stop-Limit feature.
When the floor officially updates this feature, I will update you as soon as possible.
How to use the OTC function on DueDEX
Unfortunately DueDEX does not currently offer this feature. You can only buy and sell coins outside and load into the exchange.
In the future, when the floor adds this feature, I will update you immediately.
