How to rate products to receive Shopee Coins

Product reviews are part of an enhanced shopping experience, so Shopee always encourages you to do so. Every time you rate a product you just bought, you will receive Shopee coins corresponding to the requirements.

1. Conditions for receiving Shopee coins when evaluating products

After pressing Has received the goods for a product on Shopee, you have up to 15 days to rate the product to receive Shopee Coins.

Number of bonus coins from Shopee you can get:

• 100 Coins for reviews of at least 50 characters with 1 image (or 1 video)
• 200 Coins for reviews with at least 50 characters, with 1 photo and 1 video

Note:

1. The 50 characters that you evaluate will not include the built-in suggested sentences
2. The review video has a team length of 3s-60s and cannot be edited after posting
3. If there are many products in an order, the buyer will receive Coins based on each product if the evaluation meets the conditions
4. Edited reviews are not counted as valid

2. Steps to evaluate products to receive Shopee Coins

Before evaluating a product, it is imperative that you purchase the product and have received it. Please take the time to carefully review the quality of the product to have the most unbiased assessment.

Step 1: Open Shopee app on your phone, select I in the lower right corner >> Evaluate.

This is a directory of products that you have received, awaiting review.

Step 2: Press the button Reviews >> Reviews next to the product you just purchased.

Step 3: In the center of the screen there are 5 stars available, you choose the number of stars you want to score for the product.

The more stars, the better the product quality.

Step 4: You click More photos for product photography. You can open it Albums to select a photo if taken before.

You do the same for More videos. As a rule, you need to add both a photo and a video review of the product to get the full 200 coins.

Step 5: In the text below, type here the honest reviews you feel about the product. Please enter at least 50 characters, there is a character counter available on the screen for you to understand.

Toggle in section Show username on this review depending on your wishes.

Press Choose in the upper right corner to complete.

Step 6: So you have completed the product review on Shopee, press Get coins now to get bonus coins.

These coins can be used to subtract directly from the product price for your future orders.
