How to find product information on Lazada via camera

When you want to find information about a product that you have no information about, such as packaging, QR code or name. You will ask the people who own the product or those who know about it.

But another way is that you can scan the camera to identify the product through the Lazada app. This feature will provide you with information about the product you are looking for, but the information about that product only appears when Lazada is selling that product on its product listing.

How to get product information on Lazada using camera

Step 1: In the main Lazada interface, click the Scan feature. Then click Camera if you want to capture the product, or click Scan QR Code if the product has a QR code.

The product I took here is an iPhone 6s, but Lazada will only display iPhone accessories, not iPhone products. Because it is impossible to tell if the front is iPhone 6, 6s, 7 or 8 because all 4 models have identical fronts.

And the back is the same, here I have a carbon-textured back so I will show this product.
