How to return to the original Safari design on iOS 15

During the beta phase of iOS 15, Apple added a new Safari design element that moved the URL and tab interface to the bottom of the screen, a decision that was immediately controversial with iPhone users.

Users object to bringing tabs to the bottom of the screen

There’s a good reason for this: With the address and tabs bar at the bottom, it’s easier to navigate Safari with one hand instead of having to stretch your finger across the iPhone’s large screen to access the tabs. However, many people find this change unintuitive and make the application see everything as upside down.

After hearing a flurry of feedback from users who said they didn’t like the change, Apple finally added a toggle that brings the address bar to the top of the ‌iPhone‌ screen instead of the bottom, allowing users to back to the Safari experience as it was on iOS 14, if they wanted to.
