+ Step 1: Open up Windows Search using a key combination Windows + S => and enter the command cmd. Find it Command Prompt => and right click => then select Run as administrator.

reagentc / disable

Likewise, you enter reagentc /enable to turn it back on if it was turned off or you want to re-enable it after using the above command to disable it.
