1. Enter Criteria as below

Click a cell in the data table

3. In the Data panel select Advanced

4, Click on the Criteria range box and select the range from A1:D2 (blue)

5. Press OK

6. Enter criteria below the spreadsheet

7. On the Data panel select Advanced and adjust the criteria range from A1:D3.

8. Press OK
