When you open “Disk Management” in Windows 10, you will see one or the OEM partition in the list.

The first thing you need to do is open Command Prompt (Windows command input interface) by right-clicking the Start button and selecting “Command Prompt” or press the Windows button, type “cmd” then press Enter.
