With the error that Zenfone Android device cannot be connected to the computer, if your Zenfone has not been damaged, it may be because you have not enabled USB Debugging mode, please follow these instructions:
Enable USB Debugging Mode on Android 4.2 :
Way 1: Enter Settings -> About and click 7 times continuously on the item Build number until the screen appears You are now a developer!
Way 2 : If in the About no item Build number then you come in Settings -> About -> Software Information and also click 7 times continuously on Build number to turn on Developer options.
Then enter Settings ->Deverloper Option switch Off to On and turn on USB Debugging
Enable USB Debugging Mode on Android 4.1 and 4.0:
You enter Settings -> Developer options switch from Off to On -> select USB debugging
How to Enable USB Debugging Mode with Android 2.3 and below:
You enter Settings > Applications > Development > and check USB debugging.
Depending on how much Android version your device is running, choose the appropriate way to open it and you can use your Zenfone connection with your computer normally.
