To be able to backup and synchronize online contacts with My Viettel, you do the following:

Step 1 . Access to the app My Viettelif you do not have the application installed, you can download it by following the link below:

– For Android devices: Download My Viettel for Android

– For iPhone devices: Download My Viettel for iPhone

Here you click on the icon 3 dashes in the upper left > find select item Sync contacts .

Step 2 . At the menu Sync contacts > please tick all to back up all your contacts on your device and press Upload > choose Have to complete.

Step 3 . So that’s done, if you want to sync your backed up contacts again, repeat step 1. Then tick the box. The most recent backup on the system > press Download Let the My Viettel application re-sync the contacts you have backed up before.
