Formula to calculate sum of squares in Excel:
= SUMSQ (number1, [number2], [number3]…)
With number1, number2… are the numbers to calculate the sum of squares.

From here, you can directly enter the position of the cell to be calculated, or click with the mouse to enter the value number1.
Next, you enter a comma (or semicolon – depending on the device) => and then select the value number2. Finally close the brackets and press Enter to display the sum of squares of Number 1 and Number 2.

To apply the formula to other cells, select the formula cell => then find the small square as shown below.
